Verse
These poems are selected from work spanning many years and they were written in a number
of different places. They exhibit no unity of theme or form. They, rather, present a fair
image of how my interest and style has changed over the years. In rereading them now, not
a few of them strike me as foolish and I am somewhat embarrassed that I ever wrote them,
however, at one time I thought it worthwhile or necessary to write them. They are not listed
chronologically, nevertheless, dates and places are recorded for each.

Prose
These are various nonacademic writings in prose. Again this is
a rather ramshackle collection with no real unity of theme or style. A short
comic piece, some aphorisms, a strange comedy of errors, and a screenplay based on the novel Domnei by James Branch Cabell.
