An Actual Graph

Lots of progress again today. The graph is now based on actual code relations from the database, although there are still some bugs to work out. JSViz seems to break when there is a node that isn't connected to any other node.. everything just kind of gradually floats away from the centre. I don't know if I should bother trying to fix this at the moment or not, as I'm not completly committed to using JSViz for the visualizations. I wanted to use something I could get working quickly, but there are definitely cooler visualizers out there.

On a completely different note, I'm finding blogging about the project to be very helpful. It forces me to organize my thoughts, and to make definitive plans about what to work on next. I didn't think I'd like it, but it's working out.
