Interests: Acute Inflammatory Diseases (ARDS, sepsis, organ failure, infectious diseases), heart & lung interaction in mechanical ventilation, health economy, EM and Critical Care Medicine as a continuum of care, disaster medicine. **Note: Shadowing sessions will be continuum of care for critically ill patients consulting in the ED, trauma patients or acute coronary syndrome management.
Current research projects: 1. Mechanical ventilation with two main orientations: a new ode of neurally triggered ventilation (NAVA) and a computer assist mode of weaning; 2. Hypothermia in cardiac arrest with an external cooling device; 3. Optimization of renal replacement therapy in the ICU, focus on organization of care.
