WhenIsGood is a very helpful little tool. I have used it a few times in coordinating times with others who are just as busy as I am. Most often, a few simple phone calls will not suffice - you can't just call multiple people in the hopes that one call per person will get you a good meeting time. So use this website.

You can create an event for free. All you need to do is link it to your email. The site sends you a password for you to edit your event and to add people that you'd like to coordinate with.

A custom calendar spanning how much ever time you choose is shown to each of the people that you'd like to coordinate with. They all choose the time(s) that best suit them (+/- comments) and submit this information to the site, which then compiles all this information into something that you can read easily.

All you need to do now is let everyone know when the meeting is, and just show up. I love this thing
