Brian is researching how new, low power sensing computers, short and long range wi-fi networks, and sustainable energy systems have the potential to hybridize objects and environments and so change the way we interact with information and energy.
In this research, Brian builds on previous career experiences as a pedagogy expert, e-learning design analyst, electronics designer and Lecturer in Biomedical Communications (UofT), where he teaches scientific visualization design, data narratives and wearable development.
