Here are the girls on Day 67.
This was supposed to be a very big day for the girls and their Mum and Dad. It still was thanks to the girls being here and full of life. The difference is this was supposed to be their birthday! Their due date was December 18th but with twins the delivery date was going to be 2 weeks earlier, December 4th, today. So they're here already and we're blessed by their presence and forever grateful to the wonderful men and women who made it all possible.

Madeline has come a long way since we were told at 16 weeks not to expect her to survive past 18 weeks.

She's certainly making progress towards coming home sometime in January 2007. At least that's the plan.

Emma is so close to coming home now it's hard to imagine she's the reason Nancy was hospitalised for 6 weeks when her membrane ruptured at 22 weeks and 4 days.
