June 14th Nancy had to go into hospital for a stitch to be put in her cervix as a precautionary measure. That was shortly after we were at Dr Librach's clinic for the regular ultrasound.
Dr Pittini our OB did the surgery at Women's College Hospital and Nancy was released at about 6.30pm still feeling a bit woozy but otherwise okay.
Then Friday, June 16th we had a scare with some fluid and called Dr Pittini's office who told us to go into Dr Librach's for an ultrasound and then to come right over to his office.
What we were concerned about was whether "Barney's" fluid level was still okay
So we were lucky enough to catch Dr Librach and he took all the photos you see here. He was very happy with both of the kids and with the stitches. Barney's fluid level looks to be less than Fred's but still a-okay which is very good news.
Fred was 78mm up 3mm since Wednesday and Barney was 79.5mm which is great and does indicate that Wednesday's measurement was because "he" was being squished by "his" twin.
Both are showing as 13w 6d so Barney has really caught up nicely. They were both moving around a lot so when we get the 4D scan in a couple of weeks the dvd should be impressive.
We still don't know their sex but that can wait till the 4D as well. So long as they're both okay and growing nicely that's all that matters.
