Summary
Diagnosis: Linitis Plasitica
Clinical hints:
This patient had an infiltrating scirrhous gastric carcinoma.
He had chronic epigastric pain and "dyspepsia" not relieved by
antacids.
Radiological Pearls:
- fixed contraction of the stomach
- effaced gastric folds
- Crohn's would involve duodenum
- need endoscopy and deep biopsy
