Intravenous Pyelogram

The upper pole calyces of the left kidney are fuzzy or "moth eaten".


There is a band or constriction (light blue arrow) of the infundibulum.


Note that both renal pelvices have a drooped appearance; this is called the "purse string pelvis" sign.
