Summary
Diagnosis: Multicentric Transitional Cell
Carcinoma
Clinical hints:
This tumor usually presents early with hematuria or urinary
obstruction. If unilateral (usual), will need resection of
kidney, ureter, and a bladder flap.
Radiological Pearls:
- IVP: defects or obstruction seen
- U/S: see tumor(s) or obstruction
- CT: good for staging
- need endoscopic biopsy for dx
