AP View of the Knee


The knee joint is markedly abnormal. There is articular cartilage loss and joint space narrowing (light blue arrows). There is peri-articular sclerosis. There are numerous sub-articular erosions (red arrows) particularly beneath the medial femoral articular surface. There has been depression of the medial tibial plateau (yellow arrows). The bones generally are osteoporotic.
