Oblique Views of the Left Knee


The knee is osteoporotic. There is faint meniscal calcification (chondrocalcinosis) (yellow arrows). There are marked patello-femoral sub-articular erosive and cystic changes (red arrows), as well as narrowing and sclerosis of the knee joint itself (light blue arrows), and of the patello-femoral joint.
