Summary
Diagnosis: Maffucci's Syndrome
Clinical hints:
A very rare form of multiple enchondromatoses. Enchondromata
are associated with soft tissue hemangiomata (phlebolith-like
calcifications). The soft tissue masses may be pulsatile.
Radiological Pearls:
- multiple expansile lesions
- prominence in small bones
- soft tissue mass and calcifications
- chondrosarcomas may develop
