Summary
Diagnosis: Multiple Myeloma
Clinical hints:
Multiple myeloma is a fairly common malignancy with
multi-organ as well as bony changes. This patient had myeloma
proteinuria and a typical "myeloma" spike on serum
electrophoresis.
Radiological Pearls:
- diffuse axial osteoporosis
- diffuse lytic lesion
- typical "punched hole" skull
- bone scan "cold"
