AP View of the Left Knee There is destruction of the lateral femoral cortex with extensive tumor bone formation. There is marked periosteal tumor bone formation (light blue arrows). The periosteum is lifted at one point from the cortex forming a typical "Codman's Triangle" (yellow arrow).
