Diagnosis: Soft Tissue Hemangioma
Clinical hints:
This is a benign soft tissue tumor which may locally erode or
scallop contiguous bony structures due to the pulsatility
of the tumor.
Radiological Pearls:
- soft tissue mass, non-specific
- clue: "phlebolith" calcifications
- local bone erosion or scalloping
- seen in Mafucci's syndrome, rare
