Summary
Diagnosis: Atrial Septal Defect
Clinical hints:
The commonest left to right shunt presenting as an adult.
Symptoms variable and depend on the shunt ratio.
Radiological Pearls:
- typical "shunt vascularity"
- right ventricle enlarged
- main pulmonary artery enlarged
- use echocardiography to assess
