CXR -- AP View
This patient is very ill and has an ETT, a NG tube and a Swan-Ganz
line in place. He is receiving positive pressure ventilation
with oxygen.
Note the confluent lung infiltrates present. The infiltrates
are diffuse with some lower lung predominance and show air
bronchograms.
