Clinical History:
This 36-year-old male "street" person presented with cough,
mild fever, and dyspnea. He had been drinking heavily over the
last week or so.
Physical Examination:
The patient was coughing but the sputum was not frankly
purulent. He was not as sick as his X-Ray suggested.
