Summary
Diagnosis: Bronchiectasis
Clinical hints:
History of chronic cough and sputum production typical.
Repeated bouts of "pneumonia" and foul-smelling copious
morning sputum common.
Radiological Pearls:
- signs of hyperinflation
- "tram tracking" and "crowding"
- cystic and cavitary areas
- atelectasis and pneumonia seen
