Summary
Diagnosis: Coarctation of the Aorta
Clinical hints:
Hypertension to the upper limbs typically found. Left
ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular chamber
enlargement may be seen.
Radiological Pearls:
- classic upper rib notching
- small descending arch and aorta
- LV hypertrophy or enlargement
- "reverse 3 sign": barium swallow
