Summary
Diagnosis: Histiocytosis-X (Eosinophilic Granuloma)
Clinical hints:
This is a systemic disease. Skin, bone, ear, and respiratory
symptoms are common. Lung changes can lead to fibrosis and
honeycombing.
Radiological Pearls:
- upper lung interstitial disease
- diffuse upper lung cystic changes
- bullae, fibrosis, & pneumothorax
- honeycombing & end-stage lung
