Summary
Diagnosis: Metastatic Giant Cell Tumour
Clinical hints:
This patient was being treated for a malignant giant cell
tumour of the knee. Despite treatment, he developed widespread
pulmonary metastases.
Radiological Pearls:
- metastases typically lower lung
- varying size of tumour nodules
- metastases may cavitate
- often effusions and adenopathy
