Case Summary

Diagnosis:  Lymphoma


Clinical hints:

Patients may have cough, and dyspnea. Often associated systemic symptoms of fatigue, fever, weight loss, and night sweats, etc.


Radiological Pearls:
  • usually anterior mediastinal mass
     
  • often hilar or other nodal masses
     
  • may have pulmonary nodules
     
  • effusions sometimes present
