Note the cavity in the apex of the right upper lobe.


The yellow line is the position of the normal minor fissure. The blue line is the position of the major fissure on the right.



The minor fissure is quite depressed. What does this mean?


The area of consolidation is well seen. It is positioned between the minor and major fissures.
