Summary
Diagnosis: Miliary Tuberculosis
Clinical hints:
These patients are very sick, and require prompt diagnosis and
treatment. Any diffuse "miliary" process should raise the
suspicion of miliary tuberculosis.
Radiological Pearls:
- diffuse micro-nodular pattern
- all the lungs are involved
- nodules dense and discrete
- may have other findings of TB
