Summary
Diagnosis: Mitral Stenosis
Clinical hints:
Most often history of rheumatic fever. Bouts of pulmonary
edema usual. Atrial fibrillation a problem which predisposes
to embolic phenomena.
Radiological Pearls:
- enlarged LA and RV
- often see: vascular redistribution
- interstitial edema; alveolar edema
- pleural effusions
