Clinical History:
This 35-year-old man had a history of shortness of breath and
palpitations. He has had several episodes of acute wheezing.
Physical Examination:
His heart is enlarged. He has mild pitting edema of the
ankles, and is noted to be mildly tachypneic and dyspneic.
