Summary
Diagnosis: Pericardial Calcification
Clinical hints:
Patients will have a history usually which indicates the cause
of the calcification. This patient had a pericardiotomy in the
past.
Radiological Pearls:
- calcification along heart border
- typically linear or egg-shell like
- may be "toothpaste"- like
- often clue to etiology on x-ray
