Note the marked pleural thickening and fibrosis in the right upper lung. The upper lobe is retracted with volume loss, and the trachea is deviated a little to the right.


There are "wild" looking changes in the left upper and mid lung with masses, infiltrates, and much distortion and fibrosis.
