Summary
Diagnosis: Tension Pneumothorax
Clinical hints:
This can be a medical emergency. Rapid diagnosis, and
decompression of the tension pneumothorax is required.
Radiological Pearls:
- typical "visceral pleural" sign
- contralateral shifting of trachea,
- heart, and mediastinum
- deviation of NG tube if present
