Summary
Diagnosis: Wegener's Granulomatosis
Clinical hints:
May have several presentations or forms. The full-blown
syndrome involves the kidneys, lungs, and upper respiratory
tract ("sinusitis").
Radiological Pearls:
- multiple bilateral nodules
- nodules cavitate and bleed (A/F)
- patchy or diffuse lung infiltrates
- differentiate from Goodpasture's
