Case Summary

Diagnosis:  Wegener's Granulomatosis


Clinical hints:

May have several presentations or forms. The full-blown syndrome involves the kidneys, lungs, and upper respiratory tract ("sinusitis").


Radiological Pearls:
  • multiple bilateral nodules
     
  • nodules cavitate and bleed (A/F)
     
  • patchy or diffuse lung infiltrates
     
  • differentiate from Goodpasture's
