Summary
Diagnosis: Acute Epidural Hematoma
Clinical hints:
Typical history of head trauma often with skull fractures
which cross meningeal artery location. Rapid neurologic
deterioration. Need rapid diagnosis and decompression.
Radiological Pearls:
- classic "lentiform" shape
- hyperdense
- marked mass effect
- need emergency CT scan
