Summary
Diagnosis: Epidermoid Cyst
Clinical hints:
These lesions are almost always detected incidentally. Rarely
a soft tissue mass may be felt in the region of the orbit.
Radiological Pearls:
- typical, with sclerotic margin
- eosinophilic gran. , no sclerosis
- CT: to rule out intracranial part
- Bone scan: rule out osteomyelitis
