Summary
Diagnosis: Glioblastoma Multiforme
Clinical hints:
There is a typical history of progressive headache. Neurologic
deficits depend on the site of the tumor. The new onset of
seizures occurs.
Radiological Pearls:
- mixed density lesion
- "ring" enhancement on CT
- beware of adult onset seizures
- CT diagnostic, MRI better
