Diagnosis: L4-5 Disc Herniation
Clinical hints:
The history is fairly typical with localizing symptoms.
Myelography, CT myelogram, and MRI imaging modalities used.
Radiological Pearls:
- herniation of disc
- compression of nerve root or sac
- sequestered disc material
- MRI best imaging modality
