Diagnosis: Old Brain Infarct
Clinical hints:
Typical history and location of infarct (middle cerebral
artery). Prognosis variable -- partial, complete or no
recovery possible.
Radiological Pearls:
- typical "hypodense" area on CT
- evidence of brain atrophy or loss
- typical location (m. cerebral a.)
- MRI best imaging, if available
