Summary
Diagnosis: Acromegaly
Clinical hints:
Gradual change of facial features and enlargement of hands and
feet. May have visual field defect (bitemporal hemianopsia)
from optic chiasma pressure.
Radiological Pearls:
- sellar enlargement
- frontal sinus bossing
- prognathism
- soft tissue and visual field changes
