Summary
Diagnosis: Acute Subarachnoid Bleed
Clinical hints:
This patient had a typical history. He had an intracranial
aneurysm which bled into the subarachnoid space and brain
matter. 3rd cranial nerve symptoms, help localize aneurysm.
Need surgery.
Radiological Pearls:
- do Non-contrast CT: ? blood
- if no blood, do lumbar puncture
- cerebral angiography needed
- no role of MRI here
