Diagnosis: Acute Subdural Hematoma
Clinical hints:
Typical patient is a male, often alcoholic, with a recent fall
or history of head trauma. Depending on size and symptoms, may
need surgical evacuation.
Radiological Pearls:
- typical crescentric shape
- collection crosses suture lines
- does not cross midline
- CT diagnostic
