Summary
Diagnosis: Linear Skull Fracture
Clinical hints:
History of skull trauma. Undepressed, uncomplicated fractures
are usually uneventful. Epidural hematoma and rarely dural
sinus thrombosis may occur. Assess clinically.
Radiological Pearls:
- straight and sharp fracture line
- fracture line not sclerotic
- if across meningeal a. ? epidural h.
- may need CT to evaluate
