Day 7 - Thursday, August
12th
-
Found out at breakfast that all the
chicken we bought had gone bad. Someone had turned our fridge
off...
-
What a crappy day to be on kitchen duty.
-
Scrambled to put lunch on the table.
Thank goodness for leftover spaghetti from a coupe of days ago.
-
The hockey tournament concluded in the
afternoon.
-
Dinner menu: improvised huevo + salsa +
cheese quesadilla. Actually turned out pretty good.
-
We drove to Ensenada for our own dinners.
Great fish and shrimp tacos. Also tried the shrimp + octopus
cocktail that Enid ordered.
-
Yummy churros too.
