  1. Slice tofu into about half inch slices. Mix the remainder of the ingredients. Put a few spoonfuls on a nonstick baking tray and swish around.
  2. Place the tofu on the nonstick baking tray so they are pretty crowded and pour the remainder of the sauce on. No need to pre-marinate.
  3. Bake for about 1/2 hour at 400°F. Its crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and delicious.
