Tedd Konya, BS, MAT

Tedd Konya is a Research Technician working on the Canadian Healthy Infant Longitudinal Development (CHILD) Study with Dr. Scott.  During the course of this project, Tedd will receive 20,000 dust samples collected from 5,000 homes in Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Toronto.  The dust samples will be sieved with the fine fraction portion being stored locally at -80°C.

Tedd was born and raised in East Brunswick, New Jersey.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Arts in Teaching Secondary Science from the University of Pittsburgh.  Prior to joining Dr. Scott's group at University of Toronto, Tedd taught middle school science in the public school systems in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
