Locales: Geographic Coordinates

The freeware Kalendis computer program for Windows allows setup of user-defined locales (UDLs).
If you want to manage large collections of UDLs then the following Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with VBA macros (UDLs.xls for older versions, or UDLs.xlsm macro-enabled workbook for newer versions 2007+) allow the user to fetch all UDLs from Kalendis, then you can sort or otherwise arrange the UDLs, optionally use additional worksheets, and send them back to Kalendis. UDLs are stored in the VBA section of the Windows Registry, therefore other programs such as LibreOffice Calc and Apache OpenOffice Calc won't work, since they don't support accessing the Windows Registry.
