FISH Analysis Guidelines

· TAT:

· Constitutional:

· 2 weeks

· Microdeletions

· 10 mets

· Signals from both diagnostic and control probes are visible

· If any mets are discordant, examine additional mets to rule out mosaicism

· Mosaicism:

· 100-500 interphase nuclei

· Establish cutoffs with control specimens

· Post-bone marrow transplantation

· 200-500 interphase nuclei
