Diffuse lung disease with constrictive bronchiolitis (obliterative bronchiolitis)

 

    • Healed infections (esp. adenovirus)
    • Healed fume or toxin exposures (inhaled or ingested)
    • Connective tissue diseases (esp. RA)
    • Transplant-associated (bone marrow, lung, heart-lung)
    • Drug reactions (ex. penicillamine, lomustine)
    • Inflammatory bowel disease-associated
    • Diffuse idiopathic pulmonary neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia
    • Complication of asthma
    • Extrinsic allergic alveolitis
    • Idiopathic (cryptogenic obliterative bronchiolitis)
