multifocal involvement of a single organ) in the absence of lymph node
involvement (IE) |

2 or more lymph node regions on same side of diaphragm (II) +/- involvement of a single extralymphatic
organ or site (IIE) |

III |
lymph node regions on both sides of the diaphragm (III) including the spleen (IIIS) involving limited contiguous extralymphatic tissue (IIIE) |
|
IV |
multiple or disseminated foci of extralymphatic tissues, OR involvement of the liver or bone marrow or nodular involvement
of the lungs |
