·         10s to 20s peak (all ages maybe)

Gross features:

·         Unilateral

·         Solid

·         Gray to golden-brown

·          

 

Histologic features:

·         Tubules of Sertoli cells

·         Leydig cells interspersed with stroma

·         Eosinophilic cytoplasm

·         Intracytoplasmic eosinophilic globules maybe

·         Hyaline rod-like crystalloids of Reinke maybe

·         Well-differentiated to poorly-differentiated

·         Poorly-differentiated:

·         Sarcomatous pattern

·         Disorderly disposition of epithelial cell cords

·         Heterologous elements maybe

·         Mucinous glands

·         Bone

·         Cartilage

·
