    • F > M
    • No association with NF

 

Common sites:

    • Skin:
      • Hands
      • Back
      • Arm
      • Face
      • Neck

 

Gross features:

    • Solitary
    • Slow-growing
    • 0.5 to 3.0cm

 

Histologic features:

    • Circumscribed
    • Multinodular
    • Loose network of stellate, spindled, and epithelioid cells
    • Abundant myxoid stroma
    • Eosinophilic, thin cytoplasmic processes
    • Intranuclear and cytoplasmic vacuoles
    • Mitoses rare
